At Sea Star Vacation Rentals, our Company Mission is 5-star service to Owners, Guests, Employees, Property Upkeep, and Return Customers. Our Customized Personal Service outperforms for guests & owners while keeping a pulse on this local market. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and a great stay with our guests, while, at the same time, making sure our owners' property is well maintained, so that it continues to appraise while the market adjusts. Condo Association Management (CAM)

We also provide services for CAM. For example: we handle financials, overseeing renovations, and orchestrating homeowner meetings. We serve as a go between and make sure owners know what is and isn't allowed according to your association documents, which helps keep the peace between owners, residents, and guests.

We not only have experience with local CAM operations firsthand, Suzette Smith CEO, was President of Costa Vista HOA from 2003 to 2007, as well as VP and treasurer prior to embracing that role. As such Property Association Management runs deep in our roots here at Sea Star. We are locally owned and managed for over 25 years!

As we are with current portfolio and HOA guidelines with local restrictions, very attentive and helpful to the needs of the homeowners with items for example parking issues.... and provide local flair and friendly service needs to our community.  Our charities funded are family, church and community. We like to keep up the pace and make a win-win situation where it is reasonable and feasible.

Background

Born in Texas, brought up in East Texas then DFW (Dallas Fort Worth, TX) Finished with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majored in Marketing from University of Texas at Arlington. Due to financing 100% of my college with work ethic and time management far above most others. All paralleled with exceeding high expectations as we set for our cleaning and maintenance staff.  Which results resulting in exquisite care for each and every property under our management.

Experience level during a few years of employment at Fidelity Investments in Dallas, TX, Suzette Smith received three promotions while developing a career expertise in customer service skills. Which means investments like property is for the owners future and legacy. Moved to Raleigh, NC as a stockbroker for Morgan Keegan Brokerage, then ADP as sales associate making numerous awards and continued education within the corporations.   Which means Our Owner concentrated approach, along with our fiduciary training plus responsibility assists in Our clients' success. Revenue producing properties as an investment vehicle is our expertise for an income source to our Owners.  We are currently taking on new properties, ventures, and look forward to assisting you with any of your real estate portfolio.

Moving with a company request to start new territory, Accepted a position in Florida with Braintree Laboratories for 3 years. While making rookie of the year, Presidents Club and other Outstanding awards, During my free time on weekends invested in property.  Then renting a few turned My former weekend hobby 20 years ago, as our own current business.  Consequently, we began assisting other owners with their passive income investment needs.

Suzette's family background has been mostly in real estate- grandparents owned farmland, cultivated, then sold at a profit to acquire larger tracts of acreage become productive.  So, between family (consisting of Texas and Oklahoma realtors & brokers, rentals and commercial), we have over 120 years total of background, licensures, and working knowledge in real estate, rentals, apartments, and investments.
