Booking Policy

Cancellations more than 90 days 80% returned or one night stay whichever is greater. 60-89 days cancellation until arrival dates 50% refunded. Cancellation less than 0 - 59 days till arrival receive no refund. However, we can rebook / reschedule without 20% cancellation policy for a more expensive stay or longer reservation. Weather is not acceptable for cancellations, but we do prorate for Storms and Mandatory Evacuations which are honored. Medium term stays (snow birds) and long term rentals are typically different parameters and need 4 months advance notice for rebooking.
